Dilema Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Favorit dalam Pembinaan Keislaman Siswa

This study aims to analyze the contribution of an Islamic based education system to the development of student’s independence, as well as the dilemmas faced by a favorite Islamic eduacational institution in idealistic religious guidance with students readiness. The research was conducted at Senior High School in Sidoarjo using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data collected through in d interviews, observations, and documentation. Analyze using the Miles, Huberman model. The findings indicate that the Islamic guidance system implemented by the school such contributes to the development of students spritual independence and dicipline. However, field observations reveal that the implementation of Islamic educational programs has not yet been fully optimal for all students, particularly due to differences in students readiness to meet the established developmental targets. The school implements a moderative approach trough differentiated guidance, personal mentoring and counseling, and strengthened collaboration among teacher, homeroom teachers, and conseling staff, and parents
