This study examines the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sharia Compliance, and Zakat Fund Management on customer satisfaction at IDX-listed Islamic banks in Indonesia. Using a quantitative questionnaire via Google Forms, results show these factors positively and significantly influence satisfaction both partially and simultaneously with Zakat Fund Management being the most dominant. Findings highlight that satisfaction stems not just from service quality but from ethical, Sharia-adherent, and socially responsible practices, enriching Islamic finance literature with non-financial dimensions.
