This study was to determine the pedagogical competence of Arabic teachers. The analysis process of this research focused on teachers who teach Arabic at Permata Mulia Integrated Islamic Elementary School Mojokerto. The basis of pedagogic competence that is the reference for this research is the PERMENDIKNAS NO 16 of 2007 concerning standards of academic qualifications and teacher competence. This type of research is combined quantitative and qualitative. The method used to analyze and interpret data is descriptive quantitative, the results of which will be in the form of qualitative descriptions of the results of quantitative data processing. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observations of research objects and subjects. Based on this research, the implementation of the Pedagogic Competence of Arabic Language Teachers SIDT Permata Mulia Mojokerto can be categorized as "Good" and by the PERMENDIKNAS NO 16 of 2007 with a value (3.33) and percentage (83.33%)
