Abstract

Academic burnout is a psychological problem experienced by many elementary school students due to high learning demands and weak emotional and spiritual management. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Qur’anic Healing program in reducing academic burnout among students at SDIT Nurul Islam Krembung. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and fifth-grade students. The findings indicate that the structured implementation of Qur’anic Healing improves students’ learning focus, emotional calmness, and readiness to learn, making it an effective approach for reducing academic burnout.
