The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of resistance among teachers to the use of digital media in educational management in public elementary schools, as well as to understand the factors that influence this resistance in order to support efforts to increase technology adoption in schools. The background of this study is the resistance of teachers to the use of digital media in learning, which is caused by a lack of technological skills, school policies that restrict the use of digital devices, and limited facilities and supporting resources. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data validity was tested using Pearson Product Moment and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha to ensure that the instruments could produce accurate and consistent data.

His contributions to biometry , eugenics , and other areas of applied statistics largely came later . This research note describes patterns in Pearson ’ s publishing behaviour : which venues he chose for his work , and how these choices compare with choices made by peers of similar standing at the same institution . This note quantifies patterns in choice for publishing venues for Pearson , both for his whole bibliography and for the subset of his bibliography associated with biometry and eugenics . This analysis indicates that Pearson relied to a high degree on publishing through venues either solely or primarily under his own editorial control . That pattern of publishing is a significant outlier compared with our sample of peers of similar local standing in the University of London . Di era digital ini , guru dituntut untuk tidak hanya menguasai materi pembelajaran , tetapi juga mampu memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran ( Imaniah & Al Manar , 2022 ). SDN Dewi Sartika , sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan dasar , menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi gurunya dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi . Di era digital saat ini , pendidikan mengalami transformasi yang signifikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran . Penggunaan model pembelajaran digital menjadi salah satu pendekatan strategis yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung proses pengajaran , terutama dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi guru ( Wahyudi & Jatun , 2024 ). SDN Dewi Sartika , sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan dasar , juga menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam proses pembelajaran guna menghasilkan siswa yang siap menghadapi perkembangan zaman . Oleh karena itu , penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi penggunaan model pembelajaran digital dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SDN Dewi Sartika . Menurut Surachman et al . ( 2024 ) kemajuan teknologi telah membuka peluang besar dalam dunia pendidikan , namun di sisi lain , hal ini juga menuntut kemampuan dan keterampilan baru dari para guru . Di SDN Dewi Sartika , sebagian guru masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengadaptasi teknologi ke dalam metode pengajaran mereka . Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya pengembangan kompetensi yang lebih terarah agar para guru dapat memanfaatkan potensi teknologi secara maksimal . Model pembelajaran digital tidak hanya menyediakan alat bantu pembelajaran , tetapi juga mampu meningkatkan interaksi , keterlibatan , dan efisiensi dalam proses belajar mengajar .
