This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of education on business management, community empowerment, and willpower, on entrepreneurial motivation and economic independence for KPM Family Hope Program (PKH) in Sidoarjo District. This research uses quantitative methods with an discription to analyze the influence of independent variables, namely business management education, community empowerment and willpower, on the dependent variable consisting of entrepreneurial motivation and economic independence for KPM (Beneficiary Families) PKH (Family Hope Program) in Sidoarjo District. The location of the research carried out by the author to test the hypothesis was research at KPM PKH, Sidoarjo District. The number of respondents in this research is estimated to be 150 people. The results obtained are expected to mean that each independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable and the independent variables have a positive and significant influence together on the dependent variable.
