This study aims to analyze informal communication networks within the hardcore youth crew community Violence 253 in Sidoarjo. Communication networks reflect social structures and patterns of information dissemination among community members. This research employed a quantitative approach involving 30 active members who participated in concerts and discussion forums. Data were collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, then analyzed using UCINET software to measure network metrics, including density, degree centrality, eigenvector centrality, and betweenness centrality. The results indicate a network cohesiveness level of 57%, demonstrating a relatively high level of solidarity within the community. The actor with the highest eigenvector centrality is Falah, who serves as the main connector in information dissemination. The identified communication pattern is the gossip chain pattern, reflecting the informal and organic nature of reciprocal relationships within the community.
