Analisis Yuridis Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang melalui Skema Donasi Ilegal pada Platform Streaming

This study examines money laundering practices through illegal donation schemes on streaming platforms linked to online gambling activities. Donations, which should serve as a form of appreciation, are misused to disguise the origins of illicit funds. Using a normative juridical method with statutory and case approaches, the findings reveal that criminal liability does not solely rest on streamers but also on gambling administrators, third parties, and service providers that fail to verify transactions. These findings confirm that illegal donations function as an instrument of money laundering, requiring stricter regulation and law enforcement to prevent the misuse of digital technology.
