The research on efficiency and effectiveness of the financial management of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sepande Village aims to determine the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the financial management of the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sepande Village. This research uses descriptive quantitative research techniques by analyzing data using valid research methods. Efficiency and effectiveness in BUMDes financial management are key to ensuring the sustainability and success of development programs at the village level. The Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) in Sepande Village was established in 2019 and has grown to date. By analyzing its efficiency level to determine the comparison between costs incurred and income received, thus knowing the effectiveness of its financial management.
