The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has increased the workload in the logistics sector, particularly among Shopee Express partner couriers. This study aims to analyze the mental workload of partner couriers at Shopee Express Sidoarjo Hub 2 using the NASA-TLX method. Data were collected from 50 respondents through questionnaires that assessed six key dimensions of mental workload: mental demand, physical demand, temporal demand, performance, effort, and frustration. The results indicate that most respondents experience a “high” level of mental workload, with the dominant contributing factors being effort, mental demand, and temporal demand. These findings highlight the need to evaluate existing work systems and provide adequate support to maintain courier well-being. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing workload management strategies in the logistics sector.
