Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational restructuring, organizational culture and leadership on employee performance in Manufacturing Companies. The type of research conducted by the author in this study is quantitative descriptive research, in quantitative descriptive research, cluster sampling techniques are used in data collection. The location of the research conducted by the author to test the hypothesis is at the PT ABC office located on Jl Raya Tarik Km2, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The number of respondents in this study was 300 people. This study uses validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests in testing the feasibility of the data obtained. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and f-test. The results obtained are that each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable and the independent variables have a positive and significant effect together on the dependent variable.
