Abstract

This study aims to analyze the work posture of administrative employees at PT. XYZ using the REBA and ROSA methods. The REBA method is applied to evaluate overall body posture, while the ROSA method assesses workstation ergonomics, especially for computer users. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and the Nordic Body Map questionnaire with 15 respondents. The REBA analysis resulted in a score of 5, indicating a medium risk level that requires corrective actions in the near future. The ROSA analysis also showed a score of 5, reflecting a high risk level that demands immediate improvements to the workstation. Based on these findings, several ergonomic recommendations were proposed, such as replacing chairs with adjustable ergonomic ones, using external mice, and applying the 20:20:20 rule to reduce eye strain. The study highlights the importance of ergonomic interventions to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.
