The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of adding a catalyst and DB killer to the muffler of a Vario 125 motorcycle on exhaust emissions and noise levels. The method used was an experimental approach, comparing emission test results and sound intensity measurements before and after modification. The findings indicate that the addition of a catalyst significantly reduces CO and HC emissions, while the DB killer effectively lowers noise levels without compromising engine performance. The combination of these two components positively contributes to reducing air pollution and noise, making it a viable solution for meeting stricter environmental standards
