The structural design of multi-story buildings requires accuracy and calculations that refer to applicable regulatory standards. In this study, the structural design was carried out by applying the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) based on SNI 2847:2019 and SNI 1726:2019. The modeling and structural analysis process used SAP2000 software, starting from creating the building model, inputting the applied loads, to analyzing internal forces within the structure. The design results show that the dimensions of structural elements such as beams, columns, and floor slabs meet the requirements for strength, stability, and safety against seismic loads. With this approach, the building structure is considered to behave in a ductile manner and is safe against failure, in accordance with the fundamental principles of earthquake-resistant design.
