Motorized vehicles play important role people's mobility. Need vehicles increases, demand high performance and fuel efficiency also increases. One common problem motorized vehicles, especially motorcycles, overheating or engine temperature too high, which reduce performance and even damage engine. Study aims determine effect adding oil cooler torque and power Honda Beat 108 cc motorcycle engine. Method used experiment comparing two groups: standard engine without oil cooler and engine equipped additional oil cooler. results dynotest test showed use oil cooler positive impact cooling engine temperature and increasing engine performance. Torque results showed best results first test engine oil cooler rpm 3000 result 12.85 Nm. Then power results showed best results rpm 7000 on engines oil coolers getting result 6.7 HP. Power results test 3 more optimal than other tests. Thus, addition oil cooler proven help reduce engine temperature effectively and improve motorcycle performance, especially terms torque and power.
