Cost, time, and resource management are critical in construction execution to minimize the risk of project failure. Common issues often arise due to discrepancies between execution and planning, as well as inaccurate cost estimations during the planning phase, leading to budget overruns and schedule delays. This study aims to evaluate project performance using the Earned Value Concept based on weekly progress data from weeks 20, 23, 25, 27, and 30. The analysis results indicate that the project experienced delays, as reflected by SPI values consistently below 1 and negative SV values. Cost efficiency was achieved in the early stages with a CPI of 1.23 but declined to 0.88 by week 30 due to increased actual costs. The project is estimated to be completed in 38 weeks, behind the original plan of 35 weeks, with a total completion cost of Rp22,436,134,730.24, which remains below the initial budget of Rp25,001,696,716.00.
