The advancement of information technology has had a significant impact on the transportation sector, particularly in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. One of its implementations is the development of a web-based tourism bus rental information system, which can address various issues found in manual systems such as recording errors, delayed information, and inefficient schedule management. PO Hariono Trans, a bus company operating in Sidoarjo, currently still uses conventional methods in managing its rental operations. To address these challenges, this study proposes the development of a web-based information system using the Agile methodology.
