CV Sumber Mas Kupang is a retail business specializing in the sale of motor vehicle spare parts, located in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Prior to this study, the company relied on a manual administrative system that led to various issues such as data entry errors, slow report generation, and difficulties in handling large volumes of data. This research aimed to design and implement an integrated information system to support sales, purchasing, and inventory management processes. The methodology involved system requirements analysis, interface and database design, and system testing using a black-box approach. The implementation of this information system has enhanced the operational efficiency of CV Sumber Mas Kupang and strengthened its competitiveness in the digital era. The system was tested with 5 respondents and evaluated across 6 key features. Based on the user satisfaction survey the results are 87% very satisfied and 13% satisfied.
