Rapid and accurate access to ambulance services is crucial in emergency situations. However, communities in
several regions, including Sidoarjo Regency, still face challenges in contacting ambulance services efficiently. This
study discusses the development of an Android-based ambulance booking application designed to facilitate the digital
request process for ambulance services. The development method employed is the Waterfall model, encompassing the
stages of requirements analysis, system and interface design, implementation, and testing using the black box method.
The application is equipped with features such as location tracking, selection of the nearest hospital, and a user
friendly interface designed for two main roles: Client and Driver. The testing results indicate that all application
features function as expected. It is anticipated that this application can enhance the speed, efficiency, and
responsiveness of ambulance service delivery in emergency situations.
