The purpose of this research to know what is determine the legal relationship between the courier and Sidoarjo 2 Hub to Achieve Delivery Shopee. The method used is qualitative descriptive through direct interviews. This results indicate that the influence of the law on the handover of goods to the courier in order to increase the speed and accuracy of the delivery achieve process can be carried out through the SK Vendor Partnership Agreement PT. Majapahit Solusi Bersama Number: 3515080103000001 / PKS.REG-SPX / MSB / 2024 through an electronic agreement regulated in Government Regulation No. 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions and Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.
