Organic waste management is a major challenge in many regions, mainly because conventional methods are inefficient and costly. One of the innovative solutions offered in this research is the development of an organic waste melting stove with alternative fuel in the form of a mixture of used oil and water. The main objective of this research is to design, produce, and test the performance of a more efficient and environmentally friendly melting stove. The research methodology includes several stages, namely tool design, manufacturing process, and performance testing. The stove manufacturing process includes the selection of materials such as stainless plate, stainless pipe, hollow iron, and other components, and the use of SMAW welding technique to assemble the main structure. The performance test was carried out by analyzing the waste burning capacity using various nozzle sizes, where the results showed that 4 mm nozzles provided the best burning capacity of 25kg
