This study aims to examine the level of psychological distress among employees at each plant of PT. SAI. The research used a descriptive quantitative method with the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) as the instrument. The sample was selected using purposive sampling and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Mann-Whitney U test. The results show that most employees experience low to moderate distress, with no significant difference found between plants. These findings indicate that workplace location does not directly affect distress levels; rather, distress is more influenced by the balance between job demands and individual coping capacity. Therefore, companies are advised to address psychological aspects through stress management programs.
