Salary is a form of remuneration or appreciation that is given regularly to an employee for the services and results of the employee's work. However, in the process of calculating employee salaries at PT XYZ, they still use a manual system, namely by using excel, which is a payroll information system at the company. stages that are still being carried out in a manual way, so that it can lead to ineffective time management and data security where there are many errors in calculating every hour. In considering weaknesses in inputting new workers, absenteeism, preparing reports and determining salaries. This research was conducted to build a payment information system that will help the admin to calculate employee salaries.
