The aim of this research is to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding recruitment, selection and intrinsic motivation variables that influence the performance of PT. Mitra Untung Sejahtera Partners. This type of research uses quantitative methods including primary and secondary data. Researchers used Non Probability Sampling. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. With a total population of 157 employees. In this research, data collection techniques were measured using a 1-5 Liker scale. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires and observation. The research results show that recruitment influences employee performance. Selection influences employee performance. Intrinsic motivation influences employee performance.
