This research aims to determine and analyze the influence partially and simultaneously, the influence of workload on employee performance, locus of control on employee performance, self-efficacy on employee performance and the influence of workload, locus of control, self-efficacy and employee performance at PT. Petrokopindo creates harmoniously in Sidoarjo. The type of research in preparing this thesis is explanatory research, with the population being PT. Petrokopindo creates as many as 100 employees. This research used a total sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the T test and F test.
