This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Sidoarjo, this research is included in type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this research was 100 employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Primary data in this research was obtained from a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this research prove that work stress influences employee performance, the work environment influences employee performance, organizational culture influences employee performance. Apart from that, work stress, work environment and organizational culture are simultaneously affected by employee performance.
