The purpose of this study was to determine how the 5S culture affects the formation of noble character and achievement. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The survey questionnaire focuses on 5S culture, morals, and student achievement as variables. Data for this study was collected from 13 classroom and subject teachers at An Nahl Islamic Primary School as the research sample. This study used saturated sampling, which involved all members of the population as samples. The data analysis technique used was one way ANOVA accompanied by normality and homogeneity tests. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software. Based on the results of data analysis with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. That the independent variable 5S culture has an influence on the dependent variable of noble character and student achievement of An Nahl Islamic Elementary School.
