Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Rukun Tetangga Berbasis Website

The Website-based Rukun Tetangga Administration Information System is designed to improve the efficiency and quality of administrative services at the smallest level of government, namely the Rukun Tetangga (RT). This system was developed using the flexible and efficient Extreme Programming method, utilizing the CodeIgniter 4 framework. This research includes the planning, design, implementation and system testing stages using the Blackbox Testing method. This system provides main features such as online submission of letters, processing citizen data, as well as internal RT administration which allows administrators and residents to access services anytime and anywhere. Based on the test results, all system features work well as needed. By implementing this system, manual administration processes can be simplified, increase operational efficiency, and provide higher satisfaction to citizens. To maintain sustainability, regular system maintenance is required.
