Abstract

Compressed Air Dryer System with Google Sheet based evaporator and monitoring system offers a modern and efficient solution for compressed air management. Compressed Air Dryers play a vital role in industrial processes by removing moisture from the air to prevent equipment damage. The use of an evaporator system increases the efficiency of dehumidification, especially in refrigerated air dryers, by cooling the air so that water vapor can be condensed and removed effectively. To monitor the system performance in real-time, an IoT technology-based monitoring system was developed. DHT22 sensors and pressure transmitters are used to measure important parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, and humidity levels. The sensors are sent to a microcontroller, then integrated into a Google Sheet. The Google Sheet is used as a visualization tool and data storage that is easily accessible remotely. This innovative approach ensures better operational efficiency and more effective resource management.
