Abstract

An inventory information system is an efficient solution for managing and monitoring stock within a company. Traditional manual methods often encounter issues such as inefficiency, recording errors, and challenges in real-time monitoring. These problems can lead to reduced productivity and increased operational costs. This study focuses on developing a web-based inventory system using PHP and MySQL, enhanced with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for real-time tracking. The development process involves analyzing system requirements, designing an intuitive user interface, integrating RFID with the inventory system, and conducting performance testing to ensure optimal functionality. The results demonstrate that this system minimizes recording errors, accelerates stock management processes, and improves accessibility. This solution is especially suitable for small to medium-sized businesses, offering a cost-effective and reliable tool to enhance inventory management, ultimately contributing to operational efficiency and productivity.
