This study explores the implementation of the Learn, Play, and Entrepreneurship concept in entrepreneurship education at SD Negeri Gebang 2 Sidoarjo, emphasizing the importance of fostering entrepreneurial competencies from an early age. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology with a phenomenological approach, the research involved 16 students, 4 teachers, and 1 acting principal. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the Kid’s Market Day program significantly enhances students’ critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills. Challenges such as budget constraints, teacher competency gaps, and limited parental support were addressed through effective communication and flexible scheduling. Recommendations include increased teacher training, adequate budget allocation, enhanced parental participation, and a flexible curriculum to cultivate entrepreneurial resilience in young learners. This study contributes to a holistic and practical model of entrepreneurship education.
