Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze innovative leadership, results, and impact of innovative leadership by the Principal in the movers school at Aisyiyah Bebekan Kindergarten. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study type of research through observation, interviews, and documentation using triangulation analysis. The research instrument is the principal, teachers, and staff. Based on results of qualitative data processing and analysis, researchers developed innovative leadership indicators: constructive, creative, delegating, integrative, rational, objective, pragmatic, and exemplary. The principal has practiced transformational leadership as evidenced by achievement, discipline, and flexibility. The principal's innovative leadership has improved as the school drive program has progressed, which is demonstrated through various innovations, including learning curriculum innovation, data-based management, and school digitalisation. Principals set an example through concrete steps in fulfilling their obligations. Thus, the innovations implemented by the driving school principals not improve the quality of education but create a better school ecosystem.
