Abstract

The Al Umm Community Learning Center (PKBM) which was established in 2018, is located in Kendalsewu Village, Tarik District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java Province. Al Umm was initially established because there were some people who wanted to send their children to Islamic schools, but were constrained by school fees and their children's academic abilities. Sometimes their children are able to pass the entrance test, but their parents cannot afford it. Or vice versa, parents are able to pay for school, but their children are unable to pass the entrance test. Therefore, Al Umm was established for such a segment of society
