The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement against traffic violations in the Sidoarjo district. The evaluation covers public attitudes to current law, the level of opinion to the law-enforcement system and the efficiency of the legal system. The method used is sociological jurisprudence with an empirical approach, which adheres to the basic norms and Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic. The first data is obtained through observations and interviews with Trafficking, while the second data comes from books, journals, and online sources. Analysis of legal material using a deductive approach. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement on crime in the Sidoarjo district.
