This interview video features Mr. Bambang Sucipto, SH., M.Hum, the former chairman of DPC Peradi Sidoarjo, who discusses the role of advocates in achieving justice in criminal cases. This theme was chosen because criminal cases are a common legal issue in society and are resolved through the criminal justice system. Advocates have an important responsibility to protect the rights of the accused and ensure a fair legal process. The interview explores the challenges faced by advocates in carrying out their duties and how they balance professional obligations with ethical considerations. Additionally, the interview addresses the advocates' perspectives on the legal reforms needed to improve the criminal justice system in Indonesia.
