Occupational Safety and Health (K3) aims to create a safe working environment. This power plant company experienced many near miss incidents from 2016 to 2023. Near miss incidents are an early signal of the potential for serious accidents in the future if not addressed immediately. This study analyzes the pattern of reporting near miss incidents by employees through the IZAT application using social network analysis (SNA). Data were obtained from September 2020 to July 2023. The results of the analysis showed that 276 employees actively reported various near miss incidents through IZAT (Zero Accident Assistant Application). The findings of this study provide a positive contribution to improving the occupational safety and health management system regarding mitigating potential hazards based on incoming report data. The implications of this study are to increase employee awareness in identifying and reporting potential hazards so that they can prevent work accidents in the future.
