The design of the phase loss system in the low voltage connection panel (PHBTR) at the PLN Pandaan office based on the Internet of Things IoT can function optimally. The system can send notifications to PLN officers' smartphones so that when a disturbance or anomaly occurs on the low voltage switchboard (PHBTR), officers can be quickly assigned without having to wait for reports from the public. Monitoring the voltage value from the PZEM-004T sensor displayed on the Telegram application showed positive results with clear and accurate display of numbers and a relatively fast data delivery delay of 1.54 second. Even though this voltage loss monitoring system has operated optimally according to the research objectives, there is still a difference in the average value which is relatively small, namely 0.28% for voltage, so it is necessary to use more accurate sensors so that the readings can be in accordance.
