The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the role of Bumdes Subur Makmur in increasing original village income in Dukuhsari Village, Jabon District. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an approach through observation and interviews and uses primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews, observation and documentation. The technique for determining informants uses purposive sampling. The research results first, BUMDes is a facilitator, where BUMDes has become a facilitator for Dukuhsari Village residents who want to develop their businesses but are blocked by funds. Second, BUMDes as a mediator can be found that the role of BUMDes as a mediator has been implemented well but still needs to be developed further to meet the needs of the people of Dukuhsari Village. Third, BUMDes as a motivator, the role of BUMDes Motivator Subur Makmur Dukuhsari Village has been running well.
