Abstract

This study aims to develop a high school (SMA) model based on entrepreneurship as an effort to improve the quality of education and produce graduates who are ready to face the challenges of the workforce. This research employs the research and development method with stages that include needs analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving various stakeholders, including principals, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques to obtain a comprehensive picture of the needs and potential for entrepreneurial development in schools. The results of the study indicate an urgent need to integrate entrepreneurship education into the high school curriculum. The proposed development model includes strengthening the entrepreneurship curriculum, providing training for teachers, providing supporting facilities, and establishing cooperation with businesses and industries.
