Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transminase (SGOT) and Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transminase (SGPT) are enzymes used to detect inflammation in the body which is often an indicator of liver disorders. Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) is an enzyme that can indicate problems with the liver, bile ducts, or bones. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of delay time and temperature on the results of SGOT, SGPT and ALP examinations. This research was conducted at the Clinical Chemistry Laboratory, D-IV Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo in June 2024. This research used a laboratory experimental research design using 25 serum samples.
