Penyelesaian Kredit Pasca Stimulus POJK No. 48 Tahun 2020 Melalui Skema Jual-Beli Bersama di Bank X

This study highlights the credit settlement of Bank X after the stimulus of POJK No. 48 of 2020 through the Joint Sale and Purchase Scheme. An in-depth study was conducted to determine the Special Policy of Joint Sale and Purchase at Bank X along with the legal consequences of credit settlement for Debtors. The research method used is Juridical-Normative with a statutory approach. The results of the study indicate that the special policy of Joint Sale and Purchase, Creditor Rights are maintained, by carrying out the collateral value offered for a period of 2-3 months as determined by the Creditor if the Debtor sells it himself. If it exceeds the time limit, Bank X will take auction or cession action
