PT XYZ is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the garment industry, namely Muslim fashion located in Sidoarjo. The company is engaged in the manufacture of dresses, koko and hijab. The majority of PT XYZ customers come from within the country such as East Java, Central Java and West Java. The observation results show that there are discrepancies in the quantity and quality of raw materials coming from supplier shipments. On the other hand, the company faced a situation where the quantity and quality of raw materials decreased by 15% in October-December. Therefore, a careful analysis is needed to find priority suppliers so that the production process can take place on time. The purpose of this study is to determine priority suppliers and provide recommendations to companies in ordering fabric raw materials. By using the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approaches.
