Abstract

In today's modern era, human resources are an important resource for companies. Efforts to empower human resources are important. This is a problem that always approaches every company to maintain human resources in the best condition. The work performed by employees should be measurable, so that the company and employees can see objectively the results of good or bad work. The purpose of this study is to determine whether organizational culture and employee personality affect managerial performance through knowledge sharing as intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has an indirect and direct effect on Managerial Performance through the Knowledge Sharing variable as an intervening variable. Employee personality influences indirectly and directly on managerial performance through the Knowledge Sharing variable as an intervening variable.
