With increasingly tight business competition and many companies trying hard to increase sales, manufacturers are now expected to be more creative in developing their products. The aim is to maintain and increase consumer loyalty. Currently PT Persada Jayaraya Abadi still uses a manual sales system to display various cosmetic packaging products. However, this method is considered less attractive and reduces competitiveness in trade. Along with the rise of the internet as a sales medium, the use of websites is becoming increasingly important. PT Persada Jayaraya Abadi faces competitiveness challenges in export-import trade because it still relies on Excel and G-drive based systems, in contrast to the existence of the internet as the main sales medium. This research aims to develop a web-based cosmetic packaging sales information system at PT Persada Jayaraya Abadi. The application created can be accessed in real time using the PHP programming language and MySql database.
