Managing the school well according to the plan is an important thing that must be implemented by school leaders. Therefore, making various plans is a strategic thing that should be made and carried out by school leaders before management is implemented. If school management is carried out as planned, focused and serious, a quality, developing and advanced school will be created. On the other hand, if a school does not have a plan, it will result in poor management and the desired expectations not being achieved. As a result, the school does not develop, teachers are not enthusiastic, disputes easily occur and the school's image is bad in society and prospective students' interest in the school becomes low.
