Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of employee engagement, leadership and welfare on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research with the population and sample in this research, namely all employees of the Nala Husada Dental and Oral Educational Hospital, Surabaya, totaling 55 people. The data analysis used in this research is SPSS 26. The results of this research show that employee engagement, leadership and welfare simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially employee engagement and leadership have no significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, personal welfare has a significant effect on employee performance
