Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as an intervening variable in Retail Companies. Research using quantitative methods descriptive research type. Sampling in this study using saturated sample method with the number of samples in this study as many as 82 respondents. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by organizational culture. Organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by organizational citizenship behavior. While indirectly organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.  Indirectly job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.
