Abstract

PT Varia Usaha Beton a company that produces ready mix concrete. Currently there are many employees who do not know the importance of K3 at work. The aim of this research is to analyze potential hazards in the ready mix concrete production process using the JSA method and the HIRARC method. The methods used are the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and the Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) method. The results of the research show that in the JSA method, on average, the potential danger is the presence of dust and causing air pollution, in addition to the environment with slippery ground so that many workers slip. Then the results of the HIRARC analysis are that there are activity processes that have a risk with a high level of 5, then a medium level value of 3.
