The Impact of Spirituality and Work Culture in Supporting Teacher Productivity in Islamic based Schools
Dampak Spiritualitas dan Budaya Kerja Dalam Mendukung Produktivitas Guru di Sekolah Berbasis Islam

This study aims to assess how spirituality and work culture impact the productivity of teachers at SDIT Madani
Ekselensia. Employing quantitative methods and a survey-based approach, the research structured its questionnaire
around three key variables: workplace spirituality, work culture, and teacher productivity. Data was gathered from
a sample of 25 teachers using a saturated sampling method, encompassing the entire population.The analysis utilized
multiple linear regression in SPSS, revealing significant findings. Firstly, it demonstrated that workplace spirituality
positively influences teacher productivity, indicating that higher spiritual elements in the workplace correlate with
increased productivity among teachers. Secondly, the study found a similar positive correlation between work culture
and teacher productivity. This suggests that higher levels of work culture correspond to heightened teacher
productivity. In summary, the study concludes that fostering better workplace spirituality and a stronger work culture
can substantially elevate teacher productivity.
