Abstract

This research study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of PermenPAN RB No. 6 of 2022 concerning ASN Performance Assessment at BKD Sidoarjo. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research obtained show that this research uses the theory put forward by Merilee S. Grindle with success measurement indicators taken from the Implementation Content showing that, firstly, Power, namely the Implementation of PermenPAN RB No. 6 of 2022 is able to provide a more subjective ASN performance assessment policy, where this assessment is carried out according to expectations. The second interest is as tracking material and to better understand employee work which can be used as an evaluation for both employees personally and the organization
